Our 60-day guarantee
Try CLAIR for 60 days from delivery. If your sneakers don’t look cleaner, we’ll refund you in full — even if the bottle is empty.
How to request a refund
Email hello@simplyclair.com or use the contact form with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A sentence on what didn’t work (optional, but it helps us improve)
Do I need to send it back?
No. Keep the bottle, brush and cloth. We don’t want you paying return shipping on a used cleaner.
When will I see my money?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Your bank may take 3–5 more days to post it.
Damaged or leaking orders
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we’ll ship a replacement right away at no cost.
